Cosmetic Condition
The dispenser is in poor cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
It may be missing parts that it needs to function, most notably the middle pump for cream. There may be other parts missing that we are not aware of.
The control panel has peeled away in parts, but still seems to function normally.

No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship.
Testing
We plugged the machine in to a power source and powered it on. The LCD display on the side and the front both turn on. Once powered on, we set the temperature setting to it's coldest at "12" and waited for the unit to cool. Occasionally the compressor would turn on quietly. After approximately 2 hours, the display indicated that the dispenser temperature was 35 degrees. We opened the door and felt inside, and the unit felt very cool to the touch. Measurements taken with an infrared thermometer inside the chamber were between 17 and 36 degrees.
The front display works fine, and requests the user to select product. Pressing the selections for milk and skim milk both cause the pump below to activate briefly.
The cream on the other hand does nothing, likely because of the missing parts.
