This is a DARK BLUE Senior Aide Bar created in 1953 for Service
in
an OFFICE.
It has a recessed PAINTED surface which is very fragile, but this is in Excellent Condition with slight signs of age on the gold rim.  It is actually new, old stock.  The Girl Scout catalog number is 9-174 meaning it is painted with a J-hook catch.
