The Jewelweed plant has naturally occurring properties that have been used for  generations for all kinds of skin conditions including poison ivy, poison oak and poison sumac.
I make a highly concentrated infused oil (3:1 oil to plant ratio) used in the salve along with beeswax.  I only harvest the Jewelweed at its juiciest to ensure the highest possible extraction of the active ingredients.  It is grown without any human intervention-- no chemical fertilizer, pesticide or herbicide-- Mother Nature at her best!  Most certainly organic although not formally certified.  Always harvested by hand and made in small batches. Vegan, gluten free, non GMO & non irridated.
