Condition: I called the DMV and confirmed that this set of plate numbers are not being used and are able to be registered, if wanted. There are scratches in the paint, There is surface rust in the metal in areas. And bends in areas especially around the bolt holes where these were removed from the wall. These would be good candidates to restore or use "as is".

Pair of 2 Vintage Orig. 1956 California License Plates # SPG 049.
These items belonged to my father and were stored in his den unused for many years.
I called the DMV and confirmed that this set of plate numbers are not being used and are able to be registered, if wanted.
There are scratches in the paint, There is surface rust in the metal in areas. And bends in areas especially around the bolt holes where these were removed from the wall.
These would be good candidates to restore or use "as is".
