Condition: I called the DMV and confirmed that this set of plate numbers are not being used and are able to be registered, if wanted. There are many scratches on the paint and rust allover in the metal especially on the top per the pictures. The top plate has many dents and bends and does not look the greatest. The bottom plate is not too bad (please see pictures closeup).

Pair 2 Vintage Original Steel 1947 California License Plates 45 M 879.
These items belonged to my father and were stored in his den unused for many years.
I called the DMV and confirmed that this set of plate numbers are not being used and are able to be registered, if wanted.
There are many scratches on the paint and rust allover in the metal especially on the top per the pictures.
The top plate has many dents and bends and does not look the greatest. The bottom plate is not too bad (please see pictures closeup).
