We started with a 1985 Chris Craft Scorpion and built with 100% reclaimed wood. We use as much of the original pieces of the salvaged boat in our builds. This one was designed for a functioning mobile (bartender's) bar to serve high volume while still being the coolest little personal bar to just chill at and be able to move where ever you like. Being in the bar business for almost 30 years, this is what I would want for my personal functional mobile bar. (We will consider adding to bring it to your local health department standards.) It was designed to be able to match and compliment the other pieces built from the Chris Craft Scorpion Boat. If you look at our other listings, you will see another bar with a back bar shelf unit set. That bar could become a nice table or part of back bar with a lot of extra storage and this one become the main functioning bar.
The bar-top hatch with stainless hinges has a medium stainless steal sink well that could be used as a dump sink or ice bin for smaller gatherings. The liquor rail does hold the 5 well liquors with plenty of storage beneath with two levels of shelve space. The swim platform stow-able shelf will hold a standard fruit tray or will hold a similar type ice bucket as seen in the staging pictures.
