Here we have one beautiful
Girl Scout Bronze Award Pin
,
brand new
in its original box.
It measures approximately 3/4" in diameter - I have included a photo next to a nickel to better demonstrate its size.  The hallmark on back may vary from the photo.
This is highest award for Juniors, ages 9 to 11 and signifies completion of a Bronze Award
project. The Bronze Award was first
introduced in 1980 and it is still currently available.  In 2011 the design was changed slightly
so the trefoil design was more pointed on the bottom.
This pin is the
post-2011 version
with the
pointed
trefoil
design.
This award is only
available with approval
through the council to girls that have actually completed the project, so
this pin can be very difficult to come by for collectors!
