Directions
: Clear nasal discharge before use.
PREFERRED METHOD: Dip a cotton swab into the bottle and then gently apply the Nasal Clear Oil in nostrils.

ALTERNATE TECHNIQUE: Lying down on your back or tilting your head back, apply 1-3 drops in each nostril.

I was a physician with 5 years clinical practice and then worked in a medicine institute for a few years.
