LGB SCALE SCRATCH BUILT HAND MADE SIGNAL TOWER BUILDING

Description

I inherited a multitude of LGB scale trains, track, buildings & accessories from my uncle several years ago.
As this scale is too large for my small house, I have sold everything.  This building is the only structure I have left.
This is hand made from wood and hand painted.  This was part of his layout and was used but it does seem to be in very good condition.
The base measures 14 x 9 inches, the building measures 12 inches high.
