The Silver, Gold, and Bronze Leadership torches were changed in 2011.
Listed here is the Original Style GOLD Leadership Award.
It measures slightly less than 5/16" X 1 1/8".  It has a clutch back, and shows a bit of age as seen in the picture.  The gold-color is much more
distinctive
than future pins.
