CHALLENGE PIN 1987
CADETTE GIRL SCOUTS
12 Challenge pins were replaced in 1987 with two NEW DESIGNS.  This one was offered
ONLY TO CADETTE GIRL SCOUTS.
It is slightly larger than the original challenge pins measuring approximately 3/4 inch in diameter and is a sturdy white enamel with a DARK GREEN design and lettering, "
CADETTE GIRL SCOUT CHALLENGE
".  (It is different from the Senior Challenge which is BLUE lettering.)  It was intended to be a stepping stone to the SILVER Award.  This one is a little easier to find than the senior pin simply because there are more Cadettes than Senior Girl Scouts.  This is in BRAND NEW Condition, old stock, on the ORIGINAL CARD.  Check my store for the companion Senior pin.
