Here's A BEAUTIFUL pair of late issue, 6 digit California "CLASSIC BLUE"
license plates.
Nicest 6 digit plates I've had of hundreds of pairs. I see a little black paint remains on the back of the rear plate.
I easily scratched most of it off the upper edge the front. Ideal for your 1979 or 1980 California classic Car as the letters would match that era car. These were originally issued is 1980 with a 1981 expiration sticker.
I believe the CA YOM law allows these to be re-registered to a 1970-1980 classic with sticker date to match your vehicle.
I now sell my pairs of CA plates as is.
Please, please do the research to see if they can be registered to your particular vehicle before buying. They are most likely ready to go, but I don't want to guarantee it for as long as some guys take to get them registered. It's meant to inspire you to get'er done!
