Original paint
Original Wrapper - torn and separated but it’s protected these plates all theses years and is pretty cool it survived
They are not mint but only rust from storage around the edges otherwise very nice condition and would look killer on your vintage automobile
There is some paper stuck to the number three on the top plate and also on the back what you were seeing is not paint loss but just wax paper stuck to the back which will come
Right off with a little warm water
Figured I would save that part for your own satisfaction of doing it ! 😎
