Up for auction is a WONDERFUL antique art deco sterling silver purse top.  The piece is beautifully styled and set with marcasites and a floral carved cherry amber bakelite panel.  It measures approx 5 1/2” x 3”. I can find no hallmarks, but the piece did test as sterling silver.
There are several marcasites missing. Aside from that, the condition is very fine.
