ANT. STERLING SILVER ETCHED HINGED CHATELAINE CASE HOLDER

Description

This is an antique Sterling silver etched chatelaine hinged case. I am not sure what it is for. It is marked Sterling on the inside bottom and on the inside lid there is something like a 12, not sure. It is 1 1/8" tall, 9/16" in diameter on the  lid and 1/2" in diameter on the bottom.
