Media Mail® is a cost-effective way to send media and educational materials. Media mail includes Books, films, printed music, video or sound recordings, playscripts, manuscripts, educational reference charts, loose leaf pages/binders, computer readable material.  Media mail is usually 7-10 business days for delivery.  This service is the most economic and saves the buyer money for the product.
Everything else is shipped via First Class or Priority shipping through the USPS within a bubble mailer or box with safety packaging.
PLEASE NOTE AS PER THE POSTAL SERVICE: Media Mail shipments may take as long as 21 business days to arrive and up to 45 business days for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, PR, FPO and APO address locations. USPS does not guarantee a specified delivery time for Media Mail and deliveries may receive deferred service.
Please confirm your shipping address before check out as we cannot guarantee a change of address once your order has been received. All of our orders are shipped out within 2 business days (M-F) after cleared payment. Please contact us via email to obtain shipping confirmation/information if one is not provided via eBay.

Don't worry about your package arriving safely, we use ShipCover for any item over 50$ to cover any loss or damage during shipment.  Claim process cannot start until at least 7 days after the date of transaction ends to file a claim for a damaged item.
This  insures your package and its contents against damage or loss from any external cause while in the care, custody or control of the carrier, USPS.  Coverage applies only during transit from the seller to your destination.
Don't discard the damaged item or items. Whoever receives the damaged items needs to hold on to them until the claim is processed. If the buyer has the damaged items, ask to hold onto that evidence until the claim is processed.  This can take anywhere from 8-10 days after receiving the item.   XZ
If your buyer opened a claim in the Resolution Center, we'll use that case to verify your claim and process your refund. If your buyer has not opened a case in the Resolution Center, your buyer may need to verify your claim. You might want to contact your buyer to encourage them to verify the claim.
