Mode of application:
Use 1 suppository (1.0 g) rectally or vaginally 2 times a day. Course of curative administration — 3-4 weeks.
Rectal or vaginal application of the Altai mumijo produces the highly intensive regenerative effect. For prevention or in case of poorly manifested symptoms, the recommended course of administration is 2 suppositories a day for 7 days. Four courses per year are recommended.

We often receive messages from out clients asking how can shilajit even have an expiration date, as we all know it may be formed in the mountains for 1000 or more years! This is why:
1. The laws require that all edible items must have an expiration date. However, the law
, certainly,
does not require that shilajit should become spoilt immediately after expiration date passes :) Of course, this never happens in reality - shilajit may be stored for decades because of the following properties:
- it
does not contain water
which is required by bacteria for reproduction and life;
- contains a number of
substances of strong antibacterial action
, almost instantly destroying any pathogens;
- considerable part of shilajit consists of
resins which are not subject to natural process of decomposition
.
2. Although purification process and raw product quality is the same across Altai region, different manufacturers mark different shelf lives of shilajit.As long as these storage timing has nothing to deal with real storage timing for shilajit, this clearly a marketing trick. The manufacturer uses the common logics of consumers when buying other edible items:"the shorter the shelf life, the purer the product". This logics can not be applied to shilajit because of the facts described above.
