Description
The Allen Sports XR200 provides an ideal way to safely transport a wide range of bicycle sizes and styles on your 1 1/4" or 2" receiver hitch. The rugged powder coated steel frame accommodates two bicycles (up to 35 lb each). easy to load wheel trays and padded adjustable upper frame straps securely hold your bicycles in place. Wheel trays fold up for a compact on vehicle size when not in use, and for convenient in-garage storage. Please note that this rack is not designed for use on any type of trailer.
Shipping
Shipping is FREE to the US lower contiguous 48 states. See the shipping section for estimated delivery times. In many instances actual shipping is much faster. We do not ship to the US Protectorates, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, PO boxes or overseas.  Please note that we are not responsible for items stolen from your property after delivery.  Any claims of items not received once the Shipper has marked the item as delivered must be made to your home owner/renter insurance as with any other personal theft.
Returns
Items may be returned up to 30 days unless otherwise noted. If we ship the wrong item or it arrives damaged, we will pay for the return.  FOR ALL OTHER RETURN REASONS, RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.  Items returned in worn/damaged condition may only be eligible for a partial refund.  All returns must use the return labels we provide (NOT those offered by eBay).
Cancellation
Requests
Orders may be processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, we are typically unable to honor cancellation requests. If you need to cancel the transaction, please as soon as possible and we will attempt to cancel the order.  If not possible, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process.
Warranties
No warranties are expressed or implied on any of our products.  Some may come with manufacturer's warranties, however that is not connected with us and we cannot supply receipts to activate any offered by the manufacturer.  If you are not satisfied with the product, you need to return it within 30 days of purchase per our RETURNS policy.
