These plates can be registered to your 1970-1980 car through the DMV YOM program
The plates are not in the system so that means they are not assigned to any vehicle and can be
assigned to your car foreign or domestic
Starting January 1 2017 plates qualify under YOM to be reassigned to a 1970-1980  passenger vehicle.
